Virtual Accommodate Symposium '20

Join us for the first ever virtual Accommodate Symposium '20 this July 7th & 8th! This year's event will be complimentary and exclusive to all Accommodate clients. If you were registered for the in-person event, you will need to re-register for the virtual event sessions below.

 

Session Platform

All sessions will be held with GoToWebinar. We ask that you register for sessions using your official institution email address to ensure the event remains exclusive to Accommodate users. Upon registration approval, you will receive a confirmation which you can save to your calendar and use to set reminders.

 

Accessibility

All sessions will have live captioning with transcripts, slides, and recordings available after the event in the Symplicity Help Center. Note Taking & Provider Network Deep Dive

During this session we’ll review the updated Note Taker functionality as part of the Provider module including workflows for activating a note taker and assigning note taker(s) to accommodated students. We will also review enhancements within Reporting that can be used to report on the updated Provider network information.

Lessons and Strategies to Plan for Fall in the New Virtual Era

In the COVID-19 era, it's important to prepare for all possible scenarios for the fall semester, including the need to remain remote. We'll discuss ways to leverage Accommodate across the board, including managing the anticipated influx of more students, more new students, and other challenges that can be expected in the upcoming academic year.
